How to Adress a Comment to Someone

Your response comments are often not received by recipient because you haven't used @ symbol

How To Use the @ Symbol?

Place the @ symbol, then type the person's name.. facebook will automatically show a list starting with those who has been involved in the comment thread and you can click on the one you want to fill out the information.

For example @aliciamcdaid (don't use space just type in all one word)

Using Hashtags

Hashtags turn topics and phrases into clickable links in your posts on your personal Timeline or Page. This helps people find posts about topics they’re interested in.
